     Fiona's key attributes are:-

Fiona, founder of 'FMB Training' is a Parkinson’s UK’s accredited trainer. She worked for Parkinson’s UK for many years as a home based regional trainer in the West Midlands.  In this role Fiona successfully trained over 13,000 Health and Social Care Professionals with excellent feedback.

Fiona is a passionate, professional and dedicated qualified trainer and former Social Worker with a strong drive to help improve Services through the organisation and delivery of high quality training. 

 

Fiona is very experienced in Education, Health and Social Care and the Voluntary and Private Sectors. She has been a Course Tutor on Child Care and Health and Social Care Courses, and a Senior Practitioner in the fields of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Mental Health in both children and adults, child and adult protection, disabilities and long term conditions. 

 

She has also been a Carer of close relatives with a range of long term conditions including Dementia and Parkinson’s.

 

Fiona is user focused, adaptable & outcomes driven.  She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and relates well to people at all levels. She will go the extra mile to ensure Health and Social Care Professionals receive a positive training experience. 

 

Fiona has also worked for the Alzheimer’s Society and has delivered training on Dementia for a range of Health & Social Care Professionals. She has also completed the, ‘Dementia Care Training Skills' Course.
